• Eres responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de todos los procesos operativos internos y externos que soportan la gestión comercial. • Trabajas de forma directa con la Dirección Comercial para alinear la operación con los objetivos estratégicos. • Gestionas insumos comerciales. • Monitoreas y controlas la adherencia. • Realizas análisis de KPIs y resultados operativos. • Generas la coordinación y seguimiento interáreas. • Provees análisis, reportes y recomendaciones basadas en datos para la toma de decisiones.

Job Requirements

  • Eres profesional graduado en carreras administrativas y/o afines.
  • Cuentas con mínimo 4 años de experiencia en la coordinación operativa comercial, análisis de datos o CRM, planeación comercial.
  • Tienes experiencia en el manejo de bases de datos e indicadores comerciales y en la documentación de procesos.
  • Indispensable tener experiencia en el manejo de marcadores comerciales (deseable Five9).
  • Manejas Excel a nivel avanzado.

Role Description We are seeking a senior, high-impact leader to build and scale our global Sales Operations & Sales Enablement function.
