• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with Solutions Consultants to uncover high-value use cases and design scalable solutions that integrate Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions into customers' broader creative and marketing workflows • Serve as the trusted technical advisor through the pre-sales cycle by leading solution design and acting as the conduit to post-sales teams, ensuring a seamless handover that positions customers for long-term success • Build compelling AI-enabled automation workflows, bespoke solution designs, and high/low/no-code prototypes to rapidly translate solution vision into working designs • Co-create customer-specific technical roadmaps and contribute to enterprise architectures that connect near-term pilots to long-term AI transformation programs, building durable technical sponsorship at the executive level • Develop reusable reference architectures, integration blueprints, and other assets that scale the impact of the EMEA presales team across engagements and industries • Partner with Value Consultants, Sales, and Solution Consultants to embed technical credibility throughout the sales cycle and share learnings that enable technical excellence in early customer engagements • Champion the use of AI within the presales engineering practice itself, establishing workflows, tooling, and best practices that raise the bar for modern Solution Architects • Stay at the leading edge of GenAI, creative automation, and enterprise integration trends, synthesizing insights that sharpen Adobe's technical positioning in EMEA • Advocate for customer-centric improvements to Adobe's product roadmap based on real-world architectural insights and field experience • Represent Adobe at industry events, customer advisory boards, and technical forums to elevate Adobe's voice and credibility in the EMEA market

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in solution architecture, technical presales, or enterprise software delivery, with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Hands-on expertise in API integrations, cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), and enterprise digital transformation — comfortable moving from whiteboard to working prototype
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows and Martech/Adtech ecosystems, with the ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes for both engineering teams and executive buyers
  • Experience engaging IT leadership and creative operations stakeholders with tailored messaging that bridges capability and commercial impact
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and a strong curiosity about the implications of GenAI for enterprise content production and brand operations at scale
  • Familiarity with Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions, Creative Cloud APIs, Adobe GenStudio solutions, or comparable GenAI platforms is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and pace in a fast-evolving environment, with a mindset of an enabler who raises the technical capability of teams around them
  • Fluent in French and English; fluency in an additional European language is preferred
