We have ambitious growth plans, and we are so keen for you to join us on the journey. The Role We're hiring a Solutions Architect (Americas) to work alongside our Global GTM Revenue Team. This is a hands-on presales technologist role, working at the intersection of Customers, Partners, and Product. You'll be the technical face of Synthesized in the market, enabling partners, demonstrating value, running POCs/POVs, and shaping how enterprise customers adopt and scale our platform. You'll work closely with our GTM and Tech teams to drive revenue through our expanding System Integrator ecosystem. Your work will directly influence our growth in the Americas and across global strategic accounts. What You'll Be Doing - Serve as the #1 customer and partner-facing technical advocate for Synthesized in the Americas - Support the GTM and Partnerships teams to promote Synthesized across our SI ecosystem - Develop deep technical enablement with Global and Regional System Integrators, embedding Synthesized in their offerings and delivery models - Lead end-to-end presales activities, including scoping, designing, and executing POCs/POVs with enterprise customers - Co-sell alongside SIs and Sales to generate new ARR, expand existing accounts, and accelerate customer outcomes - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success, and R&D to shape solution strategy and enable scaled adoption - Articulate platform value to C-level, VP, Director, Architect, QA, and Engineering stakeholders - Represent the voice of the field to influence roadmap and product priorities About You - 4 + years in presales / solutions architecture for enterprise software or SaaS - Hands-on Test Data Management (TDM) practitioner, passionate about solving complex data and QA problems - Strong experience co-selling and delivering with large GSIs and Regional SIs - Deep familiarity with Quality Engineering, QA, or Enterprise Applications ecosystems - Comfortable designing, managing, and executing POCs/POVs end-to-end - Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and influence stakeholder groups across technical and executive audiences - Highly collaborative with a One Team mindset, you win by enabling others to win - Driven, resourceful, and persistent, you take ownership, solve problems, and deliver outcomes - Comfortable working with emerging products to shape new capabilities - Strong presentation skills across 1:1, workshops, partner enablement sessions, conferences, and webinars What We Offer - Competitive salary and meaningful equity - 20 days annual leave (plus celebration days and your birthday off) - Remote or Hybrid, flexible working from our New York office - Learning & development budget for coaching, courses, and conferences - Private medical, dental, and vision cover - Regular team socials - Working with a team that's smart, ambitious, and deeply collaborative - Generous family leave Equal Opportunities We are committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace at Synthesized.
