• Prepare and deliver customer reports, including KPIs, savings, and compliance. • Support monthly billing processes and contract documentation. • Assist in financial audits and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. • Manage QBR data preparation and customer performance updates. • Track and maintain records related to pricing, contract terms, and operational issues. • Collaborate with field teams to support new site launches and issue resolution. • Develop SOPs and training materials for internal and customer use. • Provide general reporting, analysis, and program support as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in reporting, operations, or business analysis.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience supporting billing or audit processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with NAPA IBS or similar programs is a plus.

Job Summary: The Program Assistant 3, Medill School, supports alumni relations and development efforts at the Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications. This position works directly with the Director of Development and Associate Director and provide a variety of programmatic and administrative support. This may include utilizing database software; creating briefings, reports, and fundraising proposals; drafting correspondence and facilitating donor acknowledgements; preparing agendas and materials for fundraiser visits, including travel arrangements; assisting with events; etc. This professional must work collaboratively with other Program Assistants, chief development officers, fundraisers, and other colleagues across the Alumni Relations and Development organization.
