Sales Enablement Program Manager

• Build close trustworthy relationships with functional stakeholders and the sales enablement team. • Conduct formal learning performance gap and training needs assessment analysis. • Define learning objectives to support sales performance improvement and make sure training is implemented. • Ensure that there is a quarterly enablement calendar aligned to all sales roles. • Create metrics and manage performance impact measurements for learning programs and activities. • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with other business and regional HR and learning resources. • Provide feedback and assistance to sales reps. • Provide feedback to managers on new hires strengths and weaknesses and gaps for training requirements. • Work with management and peers to assist in strategic initiatives. • Assist in the continuing development and improvement of the sales career track. • Collect and analyze information on competitors and create learning solutions to create value for the sales organization. • Actively support the sales organization through enablement programs. • Research security articles, headlines and news that highlight product strengths / weaknesses and develop competitive playbooks. • Responsible for key project and programs that have global impact to the business. • Participate and assist with onsite sales events.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in sales, sales enablement, sales training, learning and development in a growth Saas or Security company with a vision for incremental improvement in sales enablement programs.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) and proven track developing learning curriculum for field, channel and sales engineering teams including content, delivery, metrics, program and project management for new hire onboarding and continuing education.
  • Salesforce tools experience.
  • Proven training facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and various delivery methods.
  • Strong project management skills and managing cadence calendar.
  • Successful business experience in training, sales, event planning and project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies (preferrably MEDDPICC).
  • Results oriented utilizing metrics to drive change.
  • Experience working with senior executives and sales professionals working cross functionally with strong collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the Security Industry
  • Certifications a plus: CPLP, MBTI, DISC, Hogan's, Strengths-Finders, ADDIE, PMP, COLF, CPTM, CSRAE.

Job Summary: The Program Assistant 3, Medill School, supports alumni relations and development efforts at the Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications. This position works directly with the Director of Development and Associate Director and provide a variety of programmatic and administrative support. This may include utilizing database software; creating briefings, reports, and fundraising proposals; drafting correspondence and facilitating donor acknowledgements; preparing agendas and materials for fundraiser visits, including travel arrangements; assisting with events; etc. This professional must work collaboratively with other Program Assistants, chief development officers, fundraisers, and other colleagues across the Alumni Relations and Development organization.
