Aufgaben: - Aufbau und Verantwortung der Domain AI bei Monads — Strategie, Positionierung und Angebot. - Identifikation von Business Cases, die sich mit AI lösen lassen — gemeinsam mit dem Kunden. - Design von AI-Lösungen: vom Geschäftsproblem zum Lösungskonzept bis zur Umsetzungsplanung. - Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT und Management auf Kundenseite. - AI Enablement: Kundenteams befähigen, AI-Tools produktiv in ihren Alltag zu integrieren. - Aufbau von Workshops, Methoden und Formaten rund um AI-gestütztes Arbeiten. - Umsetzung von Lösungen mit AI-Tools (Claude, Codex) — schnell, pragmatisch, produktionsreif. - Weiterentwicklung unseres AI-Beratungsangebots basierend auf Projekterfahrungen. Qualifications - 2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Beratung, im Business Consulting oder in einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenrolle. - Fähigkeit, mit Fachbereichen und Management auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren — nicht nur mit der IT. - AI Power-User: Du nutzt AI-Tools wie Claude und Codex täglich und intensiv — nicht als Experiment, sondern als Arbeitsweise. - Erfahrung im Erkennen und Formulieren von Business Cases für AI-Einsatz. - Vibe Coding als Delivery-Kompetenz: Du kannst Lösungen mit AI-gestützter Entwicklung selbst umsetzen — schnell und produktionsreif. - Technisches Verständnis in mindestens einem Bereich: SAP, Fullstack, Cloud oder Data & AI. - Eigenständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starkem Kundenfokus. - Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, gutes Englisch.
