• Direct multidisciplinary design teams and specialist consultants on influential projects • Oversee the intersection of complex architecture and the energy of a live crowd • Lead delivery of sports and entertainment projects from concept through completion • Act as the central point of coordination between clients and multidisciplinary teams • Shape project strategy while maintaining momentum, quality, and alignment with client objectives • Manage client relationships, coordinate consultants, contractors, and authorities • Drive communication, mentor junior team members, and uphold design excellence and standards

• As a Project Architect, you’ll lead a team of architects and designers to deliver sports and entertainment projects • Drive client projects from concept through to build • Collaborate with Design Directors and Practice Area Leader on exciting sports developments • Produce technical documentation and communicate project progress to ensure success • Manage communication and lead coordination between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants • Resolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative, technical, constructible solutions • Direct production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks • Responsible for delivery of documents with design intent and top-notch technical quality • Process submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFIs • Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases
