This role directly supports our Midwest region, including the Oak Brook, downtown Chicago, and Columbus offices. The Marketing Team supports 30 offices throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico and offers opportunities for mentorship, connection, and long‑term career growth. Your Role - Support the creation and fulfillment of marketing materials from start to finish, following brand standards, under the guidance of senior team members - Utilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot) thoughtfully to support research, content development, and workflow efficiency while following internal processes, data security requirements, and brand guidelines - Help promote the use of standard marketing materials and assist with maintaining, updating, and organizing content within the company intranet - Provide coordination support for industry events and national conferences, including registration, networking preparation and promotional materials - Assist with the execution of regional events such as open houses and new or relocated office initiatives in collaboration with the regional marketing team - Support owned and earned media efforts by drafting content, gathering information, and assisting with press and thought leadership coordination - Coordinate photography for completed projects, including submitting RFQs, scheduling, logistics, and execution of photoshoot - Help maintain and update information across the website, CRM, and intranet, including project portfolios and contact pages - Place orders for marketing materials (e.g., branded items, construction banners), assist with invoice processing, and communicate order updates with technical teams - Support leader onboarding efforts through training; providing materials and resources - Provide administrative and organizational support, including data entry and other marketing‑related duties as assigned Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience (internships or professional office experience acceptable) - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Familiarity with the A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry preferred - Experience in Adobe InDesign, HubSpot, OpenAsset, and/or VantagePoint (Deltek) preferred - Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail; the ability to write and adapt content for specific audiences by thoughtfully customizing templated materials using available resources and research methods - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, establish timelines, prioritize work, and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable using direct communication methods, such as phone or in‑person conversations, to resolve questions and collaborate effectively - Positive, collaborative, and professional demeanor; self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative $24 - $29 an hour The compensation range is $24-$29/hr, plus benefits.
