Job Description

Associate, Marketing Programs

Salute

• Support execution of recruitment marketing initiatives designed to attract and engage talent across key roles and regions • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing leadership to translate hiring priorities into compelling campaigns and content • Assist in developing and evolving Salute’s employer brand across digital channels to reflect culture, mission, and career opportunities • Own day-to-day execution of content across non-traditional and emerging social platforms, including X, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels • Develop and maintain content calendars aligned to recruitment and employer brand priorities • Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performance and reach • Support rebuilding and ongoing enhancement of Salute’s Careers page and related web content • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and freshness of content across career-focused digital properties • Collaborate with the VP of Global Marketing and global colleagues to support consistency and shared best practices • Maintain organized documentation, content libraries, and campaign trackers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and social media
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
  • Internship or part-time experience in marketing, communications, or branding (preferred)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content tools, or analytics (preferred)
  • Interest in global or international business environments (preferred)
