Your project Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following "Customer-First" approach to address both organization and customer needs. Your role Our cross functional teams of developers, UI/UX designers, business analysts and project managers are responsible for end-to-end enterprise application development process using various modern technologies such as front-end (angular- and react-based), mobile applications (iOS and Android) or low-code platform (Salesforce & Dynamics365). Your tasks - involvement in development and maintenance IT systems according to clients needs using the best praxis and design patterns; - depending on projects requirements analysis, design, implementation and finally testing and deployment of deliveries; - creating specification and documentation for the business requirements and implemented features; - playing a key role in medium size team (senior/lead role); - supporting less experience team members in their growth. Your profile - 4-5 years of experience in developing accessible web applications, with strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript; - proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SASS/SCSS; - familiarity with JavaScript package managers (npm, yarn) and modern build tools; - experience with React Router, Formik, Bootstrap, and state management tools like Redux; - hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest) and test-driven development practices; - exposure to GenAI tools, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar); - good command of English and German at a B2 level (both are mandatory requirements).
