• Supports the management and success of contracted and third-party sales partners • Acts as a key liaison between internal teams and external organizations • Focuses on partner communication, reporting, and operational support • Includes commission coordination, performance tracking, and campaign updates • Works closely with the Partner Relations Manager • Helps ensure alignment between partner activities and company objectives • Maintains strong day-to-day relationships
Job Requirements
- Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
- A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations partner relations or reporting focused roles
- Experience working with third-party or contracted sales teams preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce SalesRabbit or similar platforms preferred
- Comfortable working with data reporting and commission tracking
- Ability to act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet project deadlines or address critical issues
- The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
- Bilingual communication skills are considered a plus, particularly when serving diverse communities
