• Conduct thorough and detailed sessions with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze existing business requirements for the SwiftAssess product. • Analyze gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, concise, complete, consistent, and traceable. • Document detailed end-to-end business workflows and system functionality, including process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications, with a focus on how they relate to SwiftAssess. • Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it accurately reflects client needs and business value. • Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and quality assurance teams to ensure a shared understanding of client requirements and the proposed solution within SwiftAssess. • Contribute to the design of SwiftAssess features and functionalities, ensuring they align with client requirements and business objectives. • Effectively communicate requirements and functional specifications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Participate in the validation and testing phases to ensure that the delivered SwiftAssess functionality meets the defined requirements. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SwiftAssess product, its features, and its underlying architecture. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in assessing software and related technologies to inform requirements gathering and solution design for SwiftAssess.
Data Science

• Develop and implement data science models to enhance learning, assessment, and training platforms. • Conduct data analysis, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to identify trends and patterns in educational data. • Develop machine learning models including logistic regression, random forest, and clustering algorithms tailored for educational purposes. • Use psychometric methods like Item Response Theory and Rasch Models to improve assessment data quality. • Create data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for educational stakeholders. • Work with cross-functional teams, including educators and researchers, to understand requirements and deliver insights. • Optimize ETL processes for data integration and preprocessing specific to educational datasets. • Support the development of adaptive learning systems and personalized learning experiences through data-driven approaches. • Implement and utilize Graph API and OData endpoints to integrate and analyze data from various sources. • Work with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to enhance educational tools and provide personalized learning experiences. • Leverage vector databases to store and retrieve high-dimensional data efficiently.
