• Own end-to-end revenue recognition under ASC 606 • Lead the revenue close • Serve as the internal expert on how new products, pricing structures, and commercial arrangements hit the income statement • Partner closely with Sales, Legal, Billing Operations, Engineering, and FP&A to review contracts, assess performance obligations, and ensure revenue is recognised accurately and on time • Manage the technical standards, coordinate external audit, and build scalable processes as we move toward IPO readiness

• Be the go-to resource for US GAAP guidance across the organization – researching complex standards, drafting technical memos, and helping the business navigate new transactions, structures, and reporting requirements with clarity and confidence. • Cover everything from equity and stock-based compensation to revenue recognition, leases, and emerging product structures – working directly with the Financial Controller, Legal, FP&A, and external auditors. • Build the technical foundation that will carry ElevenLabs through its next stage.

• Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online • Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and merchant accounts • Categorize transactions and maintain chart of accounts • Record payroll entries and track payroll liabilities • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Support month-end and year-end close • Assist with client reporting and financial system organization • Track deadlines and open items using Karbon • Communicate professionally with clients via email and portal
