Junior Staff Accountant

• Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online • Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and merchant accounts • Categorize transactions and maintain chart of accounts • Record payroll entries and track payroll liabilities • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Support month-end and year-end close • Assist with client reporting and financial system organization • Track deadlines and open items using Karbon • Communicate professionally with clients via email and portal

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, public, or outsourced accounting
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Advanced English level (C1 – Fluent)
  • Experience managing multiple clients
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience with multi-entity or multi-state clients
  • Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience with cleanup projects or system implementations
