Job Description

Senior Project Manager

Innovaccer

• Lead delivery of AI-driven programs aligned to customer contracts and strategic initiatives. • Partner with executive stakeholders to define problem statements, success metrics, and delivery scope. • Translate high-level AI concepts into executable plans with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies. • Drive execution across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data science, security, and customer success. • Create and maintain project, release, and sprint plans; present updates to customer and internal leadership. • Track execution using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence. • Develop and maintain consulting-grade delivery artifacts including project charters, roadmaps, governance decks, and executive readouts. • Proactively identify and manage risks related to data readiness, integration complexity, compliance, and change management. • Prepare and publish weekly, monthly, and executive governance updates with a focus on outcomes, not activity. • Manage resource capacity, utilization, and delivery tradeoffs across parallel initiatives. • Lead customer and internal working sessions; document decisions and drive action items to closure. • Partner closely with product, engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to unblock execution. • Own transition from pilot or build phases into production deployment and steady-state support. • Track and report KPIs and OKRs tied to delivery health, adoption, and value realization. • Identify and remove organizational, process, and cultural impediments to delivery. • Serve as a trusted execution partner and advisor to customers and internal leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management within healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven ability to operate with executive stakeholders and navigate competing priorities.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements definition, or solution delivery.
  • Experience leading or supporting large-scale healthcare platform implementations (e.g., EHR, data platforms, or enterprise clinical systems), including complex integrations and multi-stakeholder delivery.
  • Strong ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Rally).
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Proven track record of managing client expectations and delivering measurable value.

Benefits

  • Generous Paid Time Off: Recharge and relax with 20 days of fixed time off per year, in addition to company holidays—because we believe work-life balance fuels performance.
  • Best-in-Class Parental Leave: Spend quality time with your growing family. We offer one of the industry’s most generous parental leave policies to support you during life’s most important moments.
  • Recognition & Rewards: We celebrate wins—big and small. Get rewarded with monetary incentives and company-wide recognition for your impact and dedication. Your hard work won’t go unnoticed.
  • Comprehensive Insurance Coverage: Stay covered with medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus 100% company-paid short- and long-term disability and basic life insurance. Optional perks include discounted legal aid and pet insurance.
