Project and Agility Analyst – Junior/Mid-level

• Support squads in understanding the planning and execution of the product portfolio for the tribe. • Assist in running communication calls. • Promote the organizational standard for Discovery and Delivery processes. • Create and maintain templates and documentation to facilitate the day-to-day work of the tribes. • Support the standardization and enforcement of agile ceremonies across squads (dailies, reviews, plannings, retrospectives). • Support the tribe in organizing OKRs. • Support tribe and squad owners in understanding agile metrics. • Prepare executive presentations for internal meetings. • Maintain the use of the project management tool: board updates, review of rules, and workflow. • Conduct and analyze internal surveys, especially in the context of culture.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience (or strong interest) in agile practices, projects, or operations.
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, OKRs, Discovery).
  • Basic understanding of flow metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, WIP, and Throughput.
  • Organized, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings/ceremonies and interact with different departments across the company.
  • Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, spreadsheets, or similar.
  • Experience working with agile teams in technology companies.
  • Basic knowledge of the stages of digital product Discovery.
  • Experience with management tools such as Jira, Teams, Miro, or similar.
  • Interest in organizational culture, internal communication, or change management.
  • Knowledge of Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD).
