• Plan and coordinate post‑implementation tasks across the CS lifecycle. • Run regular customer check‑ins (monthly, quarterly, annually) to align on goals and performance. • Proactively monitor account health, document key interactions and any actions taken to improve it. • Keep CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date, and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders. • Share customer insights, feedback and risks with cross‑functional teams and capture feedback to drive continuous improvement. • Continue to develop our post‑implementation playbooks, best practices and support processes. • When required, assist our support channels by leading conversations to escalate or resolve customer queries. • As part of your onboarding, run implementations and onboarding for new customers to solidify your knowledge of our customer requirements and our product.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Success, project management or consulting, ideally in SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar (preferred)
  • Experience working with complex software products.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple customers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A problem‑solving mindset and curiosity about how customers work.
  • Confidence using CRM and project management tools.
  • Mining industry experience would be a plus
