• Responsible for delivering the cloud time-capture solution (time tracking/time recording) to member firms in accordance with global IT processes and governance, ensuring project and operational targets are met. • Works in partnership with Business Programme Leaders to manage the solution lifecycle, leading implementation teams in collaboration with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, technical/development teams and service operations. • Acts as the primary point of contact with the client during day-to-day implementations, conducting workshops and ad hoc meetings to gather requirements and discuss solutions.

- Implementing and leading time-management initiatives across Enterprise Architecture, PMO, Communications and Change Management.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders: local IT, Human Resources (HC), and Finance leadership.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager based in the US or Canada who has strong product management instincts and knows how to run client engagements from first conversation to final delivery.
