Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience, ideally supporting US or global clients.
  • Strong client-facing experience, managing external stakeholders and acting as the primary delivery owner.
  • Experience leading technical delivery teams, with direct accountability for execution and outcomes (not a PMO or reporting-only role).
  • Strong technical background, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and automation teams.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and when to apply each.
  • Proven ability to drive projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, risk, budget, and timelines.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work US business hours.
