Role Description We are building a cutting-edge Platform that will transform the way our customers identify, protect and govern their data. This will revolutionize how customers secure their data by placing identity at the core – providing unparalleled visibility and control. We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer with a strong background in data engineering and backend architecture to help define and standardize how data is stored and modeled across our Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) platform. This role focuses on data schema design, consistency, and interoperability — ensuring that data collected from multiple enterprise systems (such as Active Directory, SharePoint, Entra ID, and file servers) is represented in a clear, unified, and scalable structure. You will work closely with backend and platform engineers to design the data models, schemas, and standards that power analytics, reporting, and policy enforcement across the platform. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in data engineering, backend development, or database architecture. - Hands-on experience with ClickHouse or other columnar analytics databases (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake). - Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization. - Solid understanding of database administration, indexing, and performance tuning. - Demonstrated experience designing data models for complex or multi-system environments. - Familiarity with data contracts, schema evolution, and versioning best practices. - Experience enforcing data standards and conventions across teams or systems. - Understanding of metadata and documentation management (e.g., dbt, OpenMetadata, or similar). - Experience deploying and managing databases with Kubernetes and containers. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Helm, Terraform, GitHub Actions, etc.). - Understanding of observability and performance monitoring for data systems. Requirements - Design and maintain standardized data schemas used across different data sources and storage systems. - Define data contracts and models to ensure consistent representation of entities such as users, groups, resources, and permissions. - Develop and maintain schema evolution and versioning processes to support iterative product development. - Ensure data models are optimized for both transactional and analytical workloads. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align data models with business logic and reporting requirements. - Design and optimize ClickHouse schemas for analytical and time-series workloads. - Maintain PostgreSQL schemas for metadata, configuration, and application-level data. - Develop indexing, partitioning, and retention strategies that balance performance, scalability, and cost. - Define transformation specifications to ensure consistency between raw and analytical data layers. - Establish naming conventions, data types, and relationship standards for all stored data. - Implement validation and normalization checks to ensure incoming data adheres to defined schemas. - Partner with QA and product teams to verify that stored data accurately represents system behavior and business intent. - Maintain clear documentation and metadata definitions for all datasets and structures. - Manage schema migrations and versioning through CI/CD workflows. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor databases in Kubernetes-based environments. - Use Infrastructure as Code tools (Helm, Terraform, or similar) for consistent database provisioning. - Support observability and monitoring for data performance and reliability. • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, sales, and operational roles across the business • Partner with hiring managers from kick-off through offer, acting as a true talent advisor • Build and maintain proactive pipelines using a mix of outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative channels • Leverage AI tools (e.g., sourcing assistants, screening tools, CRM automation) to increase throughput and quality • Track and report on recruiting metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates — and surface insights to drive improvement • Contribute to team projects beyond recruiting; onboarding, process documentation, DEI initiatives, employer branding, or HRIS optimization • Identify and flag process gaps; don't just work within the system — help improve it

Position Overview The Presales Senior Solutions Engineer is responsible for communicating and demonstrating the value of Netwrix products and security technologies to customers and business partners. The Senior Solutions Engineer uses their technical expertise to collaborate with Account Reps and Sales Managers to compete and win business. Responsibilities - Own and lead the technical validation activities within the sales process to achieve Technical Clearance to Close (TCC) or Technical Win. - Collaborate with sales personnel on territory, account, and opportunity strategies. - Assist sales personnel in qualifying customer requirements and participating in technical discussions on Netwrix value propositions. - Conduct and coordinate demonstrations, workshops, and product walkthroughs for customers' IT, security, and network personnel and influence technical and business leadership. - Provide customers with best-practice methods and technical expertise through evaluations and proof-of-value engagements across OS, Active Directory Security, ITDR, Privilege, and Data Security Posture Management. - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Netwrix solutions and corresponding competitive landscapes. - Develop and maintain rapport with customers' technical champions and decision-makers. - Commitment and focus on personal development and a continuous improvement mindset.
