Systems Administrator

Key responsibilities include: - Implementing and administering Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit to support business operations. - Building workflow automations and leveraging Zoho APIs for process efficiency. - Configuring custom modules and fields within Zoho to meet business requirements. - Integrating Zoho with other platforms using webhooks or iPaaS tools. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical and process documentation. - Supporting end-users through ticketing systems and delivering training for business systems.

Job Requirements

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
  • 2+ years of hands-on administration experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
  • Strong proficiency in workflow automation, custom module, and field configuration within Zoho platforms
  • Experience integrating Zoho with other systems using APIs, webhooks, or iPaaS tools
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical and process documentation
  • Ability to support users via ticketing systems and deliver end-user training
  • Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor and full-time during Eastern Time (EST) business hours
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant Zoho certification(s)
  • Experience supporting users via ticketing processes
  • Experience delivering end-user training for business systems
