Sales Support Coordinator
E-Central Credit Union
• Sales management support • Schedule introductory calls with our solutions team with qualified credit union prospects • Manage meeting logistics, attendees, pre-call context, and post-meeting follow-up • Own day-to-day CRM pipeline hygiene, track outreach activity and outcomes, and coordinate internal handoffs between solutions and service teams • Assist with annual renewal workflows: gathering census/renewal inputs, organizing carrier information, and coordinating internal timelines • Support client communications during renewal cycles • Document renewal decisions and next steps in a CRM pipeline to ensure continuity and accountability • Partner with the client services team to support ongoing client needs, including benefit administration coordination, cross-selling opportunities, and client service follow-up • Assist with client-facing documentation and organization • Produce weekly reporting CRM dashboards to support team prioritization • Discover and remove potential bottlenecks and recommend improvements to outreach sequences, handoffs, and renewal checklists • Collaborate with leadership on campaign execution
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales and support experience in the employee benefits industry
- Experience with group health insurance and ancillary plan quoting
- Comfortable with Microsoft, Adobe, and Benefit Administration technology
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines (especially during renewal season)
- Comfortable using CRM pipeline tools and maintaining clean data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you're a natural at building rapport
- Sales and service-driven mindset with a passion for helping clients make informed decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing markets
- Familiarity with credit union philosophy, laws, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to matters of state and federally chartered credit unions
- Familiarity with Corporate Central’s Bylaws, policies, and operational procedures
- Familiarity with and compliance with the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), USA PATRIOT Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), and all other relevant regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with information security best practices and data protection responsibilities, and compliance with all cyber security requirements of Corporate Central
