Job Description

Tool Technician – Sales Support

SFS Group

• Support and collaborate with internal sales teams and distribution partners. • Assist customers with product selection, setup, and best practices to ensure optimal performance. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, delivering training and product demonstrations. • Build long-term partnerships by providing outstanding service and innovative solutions. • Support new product introductions and help drive the existing distribution network • Represent SFS (GESIPA®) at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits across the Midwest. • Support and strengthen existing distribution partnerships across assigned territories. • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve product-related issues in a timely and professional manner • Helping customers succeed while driving growth through hands on support and service.

Job Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude — able to explain specifications and applications with confidence.
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a multi-state territory.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and interest in tools, equipment, or hands on work
  • Ability to learn and retain product knowledge particularly related to fastening systems and pneumatic and battery tools.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to travel and support field activities.
  • Lives within the territory described.
