Senior Solution Engineer

Rimini Street

• Partner with Senior Account Executives to support and influence sales opportunities across the Germany market • Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs, address challenges, and provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle • Collaborate with Service Delivery and Product teams worldwide to secure accurate pricing, delivery approvals, and alignment on solution feasibility • Deliver compelling presentations on Rimini Street’s services and support model—virtually and in person • Develop comprehensive scoping requirements that define the services to be delivered

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 12 to 15 years’ experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering Role or Pre-Sales Solution Architect role
  • Demonstrated success in a consultative selling environment
  • Hands‑on experience implementing, supporting, or architecting complex ERP applications
  • Proven track record partnering with Sales Representatives throughout the sales cycle
  • Experience with full‑lifecycle software implementations
  • Experience with application and technology migration projects
  • Mastery of software licensing models for major enterprise ERP and database platforms
  • Deep, crossplatform knowledge of enterprise applications and technology stacks
  • Strong understanding of software licensing challenges
  • Experience with application and database security
  • Knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure and hybrid deployment models
  • Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal, and presentation communication
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Strong public speaking and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in producing clear, professional documentation
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
  • Highly disciplined and able to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Fluent in German and English.
