Solutions Consultant
Cryptio
• Own post-onboarding success for strategic and high-ARR customers (£40k+ ARR) • Serve as the primary technical and operational advisor post go-live • Build deep relationships with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders • Lead health checks, business reviews, and success planning sessions • Map complex fund flows and ensure Cryptio remains the central source of financial truth • Advise on advanced crypto use cases (stablecoins, custody, DeFi, token operations, treasury) • Partner with Account Managers to identify expansion, upsell, and new use cases • Act as an escalation point for complex customer and technical challenges
Job Requirements
- Has 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, or similar roles
- Brings strong expertise in accounting, financial operations, and reporting
- Has experience managing enterprise or high-ARR customers
- Understands crypto ecosystems and institutional digital asset workflows
- Is comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and complex system architectures
- Communicates confidently with technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Takes a consultative, advisory approach and thrives in multi-stakeholder environments

This role specializes in AWS AI/ML, data platforms, and cloud migrations, working closely with Account Executives, AWS field teams, and internal delivery teams to scope, architect, and validate customer solutions. - Responsible for technical discovery, solution design, migration strategy, architecture validation, and estimation. - Ensures proposed solutions are secure, scalable, cost-aware, and aligned with AWS best practices. - Does not own sales relationships or deal closure but plays a critical role in accelerating deal velocity and ensuring technical accuracy across AWS co-sell motions.
