Role Description At the moment, we are looking for freelance software testers based in Iowa to join us in testing a popular wagering app. We have partnered with a wagering app that regularly updates their product every two weeks. This happens around 3:00 AM – 5 AM US local time, during low-traffic periods, which is why we are looking for testers who would be available during this time to perform smoke testing on iOS mobile, Android Mobile, and Web. - Providing concise notes and evidence (screenshots / screen recordings if requested in the run). - Launching the product on your available platform(s). - Creating a consumer account on a wagering platform, which will include going through a KYC (know-your-customer) flow. You will be required to use your own legal information to register, including: - Full Legal Name - Date of Birth - Current US Address - Social Security Number (SSN) - Running through key wagering flows (e.g., placing a wager, checking wager status, basic navigation, and other core actions defined in the run instructions). - Capturing and reporting any functional issues, crashes, obvious UI defects, or blocking problems in the wagering flow. Qualifications - Age: At least 21 years old. - Location: Must be physically located in Iowa. - Availability: Available to test between 3:30 AM - 4:30 AM US local time for 30 minutes to 1 hour. - Devices: An Android Phone or Tablet is required to participate in this project. - Experience: Software testing experience is a plus, but if you are new to testing, we offer free courses to help you learn and grow. Requirements - Type of testing: Smoke testing. - Type of work: Short-term, freelance. - Workload: Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour of work every few weeks when the client's app receives an update. - Pay rate: $30 USD/hr. - Payment: Paid weekly via PayPal or Payoneer. • Responsible for supporting all daily quality operations at Revelation • Maintain quality standards and procedures for quality systems, products, and services • Collaborate with management and staff to implement any regulatory changes effectively • Ensure QA/QC tasks are properly documented and maintained throughout pharmacy records for production, product testing and release validation • Participate in investigating deviations, failures, or errors and collaborate with management to identify root causes and implement developed corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for process improvement • Work with third-party laboratories to submit samples according to the established quality test(s) and criteria and follow up on outstanding results • Participate and support pharmacies with internal and external audits • Serve as an assigned trainer to provide training and guidance to pharmacy personnel on quality-related procedures and tasks • Assist management with recalls of medications when applicable • Assist pharmacies with board of pharmacy, FDA, and accreditation inspections and responses.
