• Responsible for supporting all daily quality operations at Revelation • Maintain quality standards and procedures for quality systems, products, and services • Collaborate with management and staff to implement any regulatory changes effectively • Ensure QA/QC tasks are properly documented and maintained throughout pharmacy records for production, product testing and release validation • Participate in investigating deviations, failures, or errors and collaborate with management to identify root causes and implement developed corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for process improvement • Work with third-party laboratories to submit samples according to the established quality test(s) and criteria and follow up on outstanding results • Participate and support pharmacies with internal and external audits • Serve as an assigned trainer to provide training and guidance to pharmacy personnel on quality-related procedures and tasks • Assist management with recalls of medications when applicable • Assist pharmacies with board of pharmacy, FDA, and accreditation inspections and responses.

Role Description Scopely is looking for a Senior QA Manager to join our Star Trek Fleet Command team within our Midcore division, in Barcelona, Dublin, or the UK, on a remote basis. Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will adapt, build upon, and direct all QA operations for Scopely’s exciting flagship title, Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC). - Overseeing both internal and external teams/studios. - Responsible for devising the QA strategy, managing resources, and administering and coordinating tools. - Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to align on big picture goals and direction. - Champion a culture of quality throughout the business. - Represent STFC’s quality efforts and work closely with sister companies to maximize efficiency. - Ensure core fundamentals of “Quality First” are always upheld. - Help shape the future on how we continue to iterate to success and evolve the way we work. - Manage the STFC QA Leadership team, spanning all areas of the project. - Define and execute department strategy, striving for continuous improvement within a fast-paced & changing environment. - Proactively drive and educate the business-wide importance of a Culture of Quality. - Build on existing team metrics for measurement of quality and operational excellence. - Drive and coordinate our 3rd Party offshore QA team, communicating clear expectations and identifying areas for improvement. - Plan, build and work to an Annual Operating Plan within the QA department with the Executive Producer. - Ensure STFC releases are always of the highest standard, both in terms of defect mitigation & user experience. - Investigate if and when serious issues make it into the Live environment, plugging gaps and helping mitigate future occurrences.
