Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated senior sales leader with a proven history of closing complex, high-value deals in a competitive and evolving marketing space, who will build and lead a team that is driving new business growth by owning the end to end sales cycle and adoption of our new products for our largest customers. You will manage a team of Strategic Accounts Directors and play a critical role in coaching them on developing processes, and analyzing metrics to drive key decision-making within our Strategic Sales organization. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact the growth of our company, drive sales enablement, evangelize new products and execute our strategic revenue growth strategy. What You’ll Accomplish - Build and lead a team of high-performing individuals as the company grows, focusing on increasing wallet share of Strategic accounts through the sale of new products and expansion into portfolio brands and geos. - Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals. - Lead the dialogue with sales, product management and marketing regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources and strategic planning. - Work closely with the Attentive Leadership Team, providing clear feedback on how the expansion sales motion is working and how we can better align revenue strategy with overall company objectives. - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and build lasting relationships across customer accounts and securing expansion growth. - Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs. Qualifications - 10+ years of B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales in the marketing technology space. - 5+ years of SaaS sales management experience. - Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients. - Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. - Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - An excellent and structured verbal and written communicator. - Thrive in a fast paced, innovative work environment. - Willingness to travel, up to 25%.
