You will drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, from initial lead capture through opportunity management, quoting, order fulfillment, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Key Responsibilities Process Analysis & Optimization - Map, analyze, and continuously improve end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and billing systems; including the integration of AI to streamline our workflows. - Conduct current-state and future-state process design sessions with business stakeholders, translating complex workflows into clear, actionable system requirements. - Lead cross-functional process harmonization initiatives, ensuring consistency and scalability as the business grows. - Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including workflow diagrams, RACI matrices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will collaborate closely with partner teams including Sales, Support, Supply chain, and finance teams to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact system solutions.
