Job Requirements
- Experience working within a large US bank (operations, transformation, partnerships, or similar)
- Strong understanding of how banks evaluate and adopt new technology
- Experience supporting enterprise sales or partnerships, or large scale
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Existing network within banking is a plus
- Preferred MBA or equivalent experience from a top-tier institution
- Existing network within US banking ecosystem

Role Description Pet Krewe is looking for a Director of Operations to own our end-to-end supply chain and order management operations. You’ll oversee the full Order to Cash and Purchase to Payment lifecycle - from demand planning and purchasing through fulfillment, invoicing, supply chain management, and inventory reconciliation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage a small, high-impact operations team, drive process improvement across internal systems, establish the systems and discipline needed to scale, and build meaningful relationships within the supply chain. You’ll be the operational backbone of the business, and a crucial part of the team. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment leadership. - Experience in consumer goods, retail, CPG, eCommerce, or pet industry environments. - Strong ERP experience, ideally NetSuite. - Hands-on experience with wholesale retail operations and EDI compliance. - Experience managing 3PL and freight relationships. - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills. - Experience leading teams and improving business processes. - Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree, Costco, or other major retail account experience (preferred). - Amazon FBA / Seller Central experience (preferred). - International sourcing and ocean freight knowledge (preferred). - Demand planning / S&OP experience (preferred). - Startup or growth-stage company experience (preferred). - Experience with automation tools or workflow improvement systems (preferred).
