• Draft, review and negotiate client engagement letters and professional services agreements, including non-reliance letters, confidentiality agreements and other agreements supporting the company’s client engagement and service delivery efforts • Manage litigation claims and reporting, including subpoena responses, insurance reporting, legal hold memos and discovery requests • Provide legal advice and support to managing directors and others leading the company’s client engagement and business development efforts • Draft new hire offer letters and employment agreements, as well as other agreements supporting the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams • Provide legal advice and related support on employment law matters • Provide internal legal support on acquisitions and other strategic transactions • Work with the company’s Chief Legal Officer and Deputy General Counsel to meet the company’s needs for high quality legal support in the areas of insurance, real estate, and intellectual property registrations • Manage all international vendor compliance policies and procedures, including KYC and due diligence requests, as well as entity registration and licensing • Assist Finance team with client payment communications • Travel requirements are expected to be minimal (less than 10%)
