Role Description In this role, you will be responsible for the successful and cost-effective execution of the local projects under the supervision of the Community & Operations Manager. Further, enhancing the local database of Evaluators and retaining the active ones. - Handle the process of Evaluators acquisition for the forecasted missions in operating areas. - Ensure proper scheduling and execution of the fieldwork projects as per company standards. - Verify that field surveys are electronically submitted on time and meet our standards (quantity VS quality). - Conduct surveys screening and validation. - Set appropriate pay rate to evaluations while making sure operation margin target is reached. - Contribute to the Evaluators Database optimization and make sure data are updated. - Maintain healthy relationship with Evaluators. - Ensure the finance team has all their payment details of evaluators to receive their payments on time. Qualifications - Diploma in Administration, Business, Management, or relevant field. - At least 1-2 years of proven Retail/Project Coordination experience and/or Client Servicing. - Native Japanese, excellent communication skills in English as you will be the contact person for the Evaluators. - Social media/Tech savvy (personal or professional). - Microsoft Office skills required; other software knowledge is appreciated! - Interest/experience in social media outreach and community management. - Excellent organizing skills to coordinate project activities. - Ability to multitask and manage time well. - Being resourceful, proactive, and having a problem-solving mindset. - Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues. - Passionate, positive, and outgoing personality. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Ability to work under pressure and manage stress. - Customer-service orientation.

Title: Senior Associate, Inbound Operations Location: New York United States Job Description: Overview At Brooklinen, operational excellence begins long before a product reaches our warehouse. We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Inbound Operations, to take ownership of our First Mile operations — helping ensure inbound shipments move efficiently, reliably, and on time from origin to destination. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership across our inbound freight network. You’ll work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners, while partnering cross-functionally with Planning, Production, and Operations to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum to how products move through our network. This role is a strong fit for someone with a foundation in supply chain and inbound logistics who is excited to take ownership, solve problems thoughtfully, and contribute to building operations that scale with the business.
