Media Operations Analyst

• Deliver high-quality clipping or Press review packages to clients globally on a daily basis • Produce a broad range of press review products for a diverse customer base by utilizing bespoke software to analyse and summarise print, electronic publications, online content, & social media • Work with the Global Content Hub (GCH) and other internal tools to track content ingestion, manage production processing, and provide quality control within a QC environment • Implement changes and create new services in the client management tools • Utilize client data provided by the Client Services team via CRM • Update client briefs with instructions on keywords, formatting, and media preferences • Provide feedback to the Client Services team regarding any issues or guidance required • Sort, edit, analyze, and format press packages according to client needs • Interpret client briefs and apply instructions on keywords, formatting, and media preferences • Summarize content in accordance with client-specific editorial requirements • Validate and ensure the accuracy of the press review • Process content efficiently and accurately • Conduct quality proofing and assurance of content in the GCH/Press Review • Receive and apply feedback from the Client Services or Operations team to update the understanding of account briefs

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, etc.
  • Fresher to 2 years of experience in related fields
  • High standard of English-language proficiency
  • Understanding of the global media market, news flow, and the impact of media on corporate communications and strategy
  • Read, understand the articles, identifying & extracting the key details for further analysis.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn and retain issues and terminology related to key industry sectors
  • Ability to learn and adhere to client-specific requirements
  • Excellent proof-reading skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capability to work accurately under pressure and within tight deadlines
