• Organization of first- and second-level support in Salesforce • User management and onboarding and offboarding processes • Performing data cleanses and mass updates • Modifications to Pages, Templates, Reports and Dashboards • Development and maintenance of Salesforce Flows and process solutions • Creation of technical documentation and delivery of end-user training

Job Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Salesforce administration
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce core clouds (Sales & Service)
  • Experience with JustOn, Experience Cloud, or Field Service is a plus
  • Initial experience with change management processes (ideally with Gearset)
  • Structured, careful, and proactive working style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) and German at B2/C1 level

Role Description At Clari + Salesloft, our Business Systems/Salesforce Administrator will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Enterprise Business Systems Team, leading strategy, planning, implementation, advanced configuration, and business process optimization efforts primarily within Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), with significant overlap into our interconnected go-to-market (GTM) systems. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the strategy, development, and architecture of systems aligned to a business function.
