The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) is an organization of approximately 2,000 personnel of which 700 serve at HQ and the remaining staff serve at offices worldwide. NCIS is the DON component with primary responsibility for criminal investigation, law enforcement (LE), counterterrorism (CT), counterintelligence (CI), and cyber matters. NCIS not only has primary responsibility for all criminal investigative, CI, CT, and cyber matters within the DON, but it also has exclusive investigative jurisdiction in non-combat matters involving actual, potential, or suspected criminal, terrorism, sabotage, espionage and subversive activities. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Systems Administrator, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the NCIS team at Quantico, VA. - Administer, manage and maintain Windows servers 2019 and 2022. - Responsible for Windows Server patching in an operational environment. - Experience with the following: Domain controllers, Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Active Directory, DNS servers, DHCP and Group Policy Object. - Create, manage, and maintain accounts and groups in Active Directory, LDAP - Experience with PowerShell scripting. - Monitors system environments and resources. - Analyze, troubleshoot, resolve, and documents problems with business applications and hardware on all enclaves. - Oversees system recovery mechanisms. - Exhibit the capability to resolve issues independently. - Coordinate, communicate, escalate required changes, and major issues . - Help diagnose and resolve computer-related problems as requested by employees and contractors, either in person or by using remote control software. - Respond to telephone calls and email requests for technical support . - Accurately documents all work in ServiceNow. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join the team and ensure the highest levels of service delivery to our client OURA. This is a permanent work from home position based in Portugal. As a Logistics Administrator, you will primarily support new retail partnerships by managing purchase orders and order fulfilment for key retail partners in the North America, EMEA, and APAC regions, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to retailer compliance requirements. You will also maintain daily communication between the company, customers, and logistics partners, while driving initiatives to optimize operations and enhance overall efficiency.
