Senior Cloud Systems Administrator – Night Shift
NICE
• Maintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment • Supports multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity • Follows defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve issues • Analyzes and reports on operational metrics to understand performance and ensure success in process improvements • Performs routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patching, application versions, etc. • Manage DNS, FTP, IIS, and Application environments • Set up and maintain server system and file security • Maintain documentation of servers and related infrastructure equipment • Participate in the On-Call rotation • Communicates events to stakeholders, teams, and leadership • Work with cabling, racking, and other tasks in Physical Data Centers (Some Travel May Be Required) • Create user accounts • Updating Production Server Resources and Sizing • Follow the company Code of Ethics and CXone policies and procedures at all times.

- Windows Server Operating System
- Microsoft OS Patching and Critical Updates
- Intermediate Level of System Troubleshooting Skills
- 5+ years working in a large production infrastructure
- 5+ years in Windows Server Administration in a Production Environment
- 5+ years configuring server hardware and OS
- Knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory, DNS, Mail
- Experience managing VMware environment
- Experience working with Hardware Replacements/Vendor Work
- Experience working in a PCI / Cyber Essentials compliant environment
- Experience working with SAN
- Experience working with Okta
