Title: Cybersecurity Engineer - Identity & Access (Okta) Location: Quantico United States Job Description: ASRC Federal is actively hiring a Cybersecurity Engineer - Identity & Access (Okta Engineer) in support of our Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) program based out of Quantico VA. This is primarily a Telework position with a requirement to be onsite at least two (2) days a week or as needed at Quantico Marine Corps Base VA. Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Okta Engineer to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's data and systems. This role will focus on leveraging the full Okta suite, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Universal Directory, and Lifecycle Management, to enforce our Zero Trust security model and protect our hybrid workforce. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the Okta platform in an enterprise environment. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, Zero Trust architecture, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts. Active Secret Clearance REQUIRED, eligible to be upgraded to TS/SCI. Must meet 8570 certification requirements at the time of hire. IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SCCP or higher tiered 8570 certification. Bachelor's Degree, in Cybersecurity, Information Systems Management or a related field or an equivalent combination of military service and/or at least five (5) years of significant, relevant work experience. Okta certifications are highly desired, such as: Okta Certified Professional Okta Certified Administrator Okta Certified Consultant Responsibilities: Maintenance and Administration: Maintain the Okta Identity and Access Management platform to align with business needs and security policies. Policy and Configuration Management: Develop, implement, and enforce security policies for authentication, authorization, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and application access. Platform Operations and Maintenance: Provide ongoing operational support, including monitoring tenant health, performance tuning, and managing Okta agents and integrations. Troubleshooting and Support: Act as a subject matter expert for Okta, providing technical support and troubleshooting for single sign-on (SSO), authentication, and user lifecycle issues. Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration of Okta with other security tools, applications (SaaS and on-prem), and identity providers such as Azure AD and SIEM platforms. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Okta architecture, configurations, and processes. Provide training and mentorship to other team members on Okta best practices. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest Okta features, security trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve our security posture. Work Environment and Physical Demands: This is primarily a Telework position with a requirement to be onsite up to two (2) days a week. If alternate worksite is other than DCSA facilities or corporate office space, must have the reliable ability to communicate over voice (cell phone preferred) and stable, capable internet connection. Must be able to communicate complex technical ideas to a diverse customer base both verbally and in written form.

• Build and maintain executive, product, and technical relationships with counterparts at partner organizations; coordinate cross-functional execution internally across Product, Sales, Marketing, and the leadership team • Drive partnerships from agreement through integration and launch. Scoping and delivering integrations and joint product offerings with partner engineering teams • Define the joint value proposition and solution narrative; co-define success metrics with partners and report partnership health, wins, and blockers to the CPO and staff team • Partner with Marketing on co-marketing programs, joint announcements, and launch plans; establish the operational framework for each partnership including success criteria • Transition GTM execution to the CRO organization once integrations are live, while retaining executive and product-level relationships for ongoing accountability

• Ensure the security posture of mission-critical information systems supporting DoD programs • Ensure compliance with RMF, NIST, and Air Force cybersecurity requirements • Drive secure system design, authorization, and continuous monitoring efforts • Support implementation and enforcement of cybersecurity policies and controls • Create/maintain and review/approve other teammates’ information security related documentation • Implement, maintain, and monitor security controls • Advise developers on integrating security requirements • Achieve and maintain Authorization to Operate classified information systems • Coordinate with sponsor and corporate security organization • Oversee Continuous Monitoring program • Maintain operational security posture for information systems • Provide security related training and guidance to program management and staff • Provide responsible oversight and management of multiple RMF packages in appropriate compliance systems • Conduct RMF process on various items including Hardware, Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS) Systems

• Lead complex projects related to safety and security. • Participate in problem resolution and provide expert guidance. • Develop methods and procedures for new safety initiatives. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety and security measures. • Collaborate with teams to implement global process improvements.
