• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI architectures • Design, evaluate, and maintain a seamless generative pipeline that accepts user queries/prompts in conversational language, handles real-time prompt orchestration to generate safe SQL, extracts required insights, and reformats raw datasets into clean, actionable, human-readable answers • Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities where generative AI and autonomous agents can improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer outcomes • Architect multi-agent and agentic workflows using modern frameworks • Develop AI systems that effectively utilize tools, APIs, enterprise data sources, and external services to perform complex tasks • Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, guardrails, observability, and governance practices for production AI applications • Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and semantic search capabilities • Assess emerging AI models and technologies to determine the most effective and cost-efficient solutions for client needs • Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise software ecosystems, cloud platforms, and business workflows • Design and implement AI monitoring, testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement processes • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, software engineers, and data scientists to deliver AI-driven solutions • Present AI concepts, recommendations, architectures, and implementation strategies to technical and executive audiences

• Design and implement serverless workloads on AWS using Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and S3 • Author and maintain CloudFormation (YAML) templates as the source of truth for infrastructure, including nested stacks, change sets, and drift detection • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that lint, test, package, and deploy CloudFormation stacks and code across environments with defined promotion and rollback strategies • Develop Python based Lambda functions, internal tooling, and automation with appropriate testing, logging, error handling, and dependency management • Provide architecture guidance for distributed event-driven systems, including choreography vs. orchestration, idempotency, delivery semantics, dead-letter and replay strategies, and schema evolution • Define event contracts and async integration patterns in partnership with application teams • Implement observability across services: structured logging, distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry), metrics, and actionable alarms • Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews and convert findings into automated guardrails and runbooks • Conduct code and design reviews; mentor junior and mid-level engineers on serverless patterns, IaC standards, and operational practices

• Serve as a technical contributor and trusted advisor across an advanced analytics organization, providing expertise in data analytics, engineering, and modern data architectures. • Support and promote the adoption of advanced analytics, data engineering, and AI/ML capabilities across the enterprise. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, integrations, and analytics-ready data structures that support operational and business objectives. • Recommend and implement data architectures and models for ingestion, integration, transformation, analytics, data science, and visualization workflows. • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, executives, program managers, and subject matter experts in both technical and non-technical environments. • Apply strong problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and critical thinking skills to complex technical and operational challenges. • Communicate technical concepts, insights, and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.

• Partner directly with functional customers to capture business needs, translating requirements into technical solutions • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical business leaders, ensuring alignment and clear delivery schedules • Architect and maintain Power BI dashboards (and optional Tableau reports) • Design and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps to streamline data collection, user inputs, and operational workflows • Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis using SQL and Python to identify trends and anomalies • Work within the Azure cloud environment to ensure secure, compliant, and optimized data hosting and processing • Maintain rigorous data quality standards and technical documentation

• Provide day-to-day measurement support for Paid Media and Email Labs, partnering with brand leads to design tests and validate methodologies • Support LiftLab Media Mix Modeling (MMM) by ensuring data integrity and providing reporting to optimize over $100MM in annual media spend • Analyze customer, channel, and overall marketing mix programs to evaluate impacts on customer file health and other key performance indicators • Act as a central point of contact for Paid Media, CRM, and Transformation Lab teams to translate data results into clear business implications • Deliver rigorous measurement and reporting that directly informs the incremental impact of marketing activities

• Ensure the security posture of mission-critical information systems supporting DoD programs • Ensure compliance with RMF, NIST, and Air Force cybersecurity requirements • Drive secure system design, authorization, and continuous monitoring efforts • Support implementation and enforcement of cybersecurity policies and controls • Create/maintain and review/approve other teammates’ information security related documentation • Implement, maintain, and monitor security controls • Advise developers on integrating security requirements • Achieve and maintain Authorization to Operate classified information systems • Coordinate with sponsor and corporate security organization • Oversee Continuous Monitoring program • Maintain operational security posture for information systems • Provide security related training and guidance to program management and staff • Provide responsible oversight and management of multiple RMF packages in appropriate compliance systems • Conduct RMF process on various items including Hardware, Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS) Systems

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow applications, including custom modules, workflows, forms, and dashboards • Architect scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational goals and platform best practices • Develop advanced client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs • Build reusable components and libraries to improve development efficiency and long-term maintainability • Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs • Develop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and custom scripting • Implement secure authentication mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0 and API keys • Collaborate with client leadership, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards, governance policies, and best practices • Lead testing efforts including system testing, regression testing, and UAT • Optimize scripts, workflows, and integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability • Troubleshoot complex issues using ServiceNow diagnostic and monitoring tools • Support and optimize ServiceNow for service desk operations • Improve ticket workflows, SLAs, routing, and automation • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, SLAs, and service performance • Plan and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and configuration guides

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of end-to-end data architecture frameworks (e.g., databases, data warehouses, data lakes) supporting enterprise IT systems • Define API-first, microservices-based integration architectures to modernize legacy interfaces • Establish metadata-driven data frameworks, including schema standards, data contracts, and reusable pipeline design • Define data models, canonical schemas, and data standards aligned to DoD requirements • Architect data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines • Lead development of data governance, quality, and validation frameworks, including AI/ML-enabled data cleansing approaches • Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and reliability • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations • Evaluate and recommend data technologies and tools • Guide as-is/to-be data architecture analysis, interface design, and system integration strategy • Mentor data engineers and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices

• Develop and maintain metadata-driven data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery of data • Build and support ETL/ELT processes for both legacy and modern data sources • Implement data transformations to convert legacy formats (e.g., SFTP, flat files) into modern formats (e.g., XML, JSON, APIs) • Develop API integrations and data services supporting real-time and near real-time data exchange • Support implementation of data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring processes • Collaborate with a Data Architect to implement data models, schemas, and integration patterns • Optimize pipelines and queries for performance, scalability, and reliability • Assist in documenting data flows, interfaces, and pipeline configurations • Support DevSecOps practices to ensure a standardized data environment, including implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment • Work in cross-functional team with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders

• Provide advanced and cross-technology engineering through all phases of the technology/project lifecycle • Accountable for the overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support • Developing and maintaining cloud-based applications • Monitoring performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately • Mentoring and coaching others to establish and improve processes and procedures • Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure components that meet SLA, DR, monitoring, cost, and performance requirements of the solution • Debug technical issues inside a complex stack involving virtualization, containers, and serverless architectures • Use GitHub Actions to establish Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipelines, including supporting security scans • Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms • Leverage cloud services to build scalable and efficient software solutions • Support and maintain infrastructure solutions utilizing required tools and technologies
