Role Description The Application Developer will design, build, and maintain internal web applications and dashboards used across multiple operating companies, including manufacturing, staffing, and family office investments. This role is responsible for delivering modern React and Tailwind frontends on Supabase and Vercel, replacing legacy reporting tools with purpose-built operator applications, and partnering directly with business users to translate requirements into production software. The ideal candidate has strong full-stack skills, an operator mindset, and fluency with AI-augmented development workflows. Key Responsibilities - Application Development & Delivery - Build and ship operator-facing web applications across manufacturing, staffing, family office, real estate, and other business units. - Replace legacy Power BI reports and third-party tools with custom React-based dashboards and applications. - Contribute to internal platforms including work order scheduling tools, skills tracking applications, financial management interfaces, and real estate portfolio dashboards. - Deliver features in short cycles with frequent production releases and direct user feedback. - Full-Stack Engineering & Integration - Develop performant, accessible, and responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. - Design and implement backend logic, data models, authentication, and row-level security using Supabase and PostgreSQL. - Build and consume REST APIs, including integrations with enterprise systems through endpoints exposed by Integration Developers. - Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Vercel with appropriate logging and observability. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner directly with business operators, plant managers, recruiters, and executives to understand requirements. - Translate fuzzy business requests into clearly scoped, shippable features. - Conduct user walkthroughs, gather feedback, and iterate quickly after release. - Collaborate with Integration Developers on API contracts and shared data flows. - Code Quality & Maintenance - Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation. - Maintain high standards for readability, testing, security, and performance. - Monitor and triage production issues, deliver fixes, and improve reliability over time. - Leverage AI-augmented development tools to increase delivery velocity while maintaining quality. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience. - Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. - Experience with Supabase or equivalent PostgreSQL-backed platforms, including authentication, row-level security, and edge functions. - Proficiency with Node.js and REST API design and consumption. - Experience deploying production applications on Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud platforms. - Demonstrated ability to work directly with non-technical business users and translate requirements into shipped software. - Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot). - Familiarity with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) is a plus. - Exposure to NetSuite or Salesforce APIs is a plus, though not required. • As a Senior Mobile Engineer (POS Terminal), you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance Android-based POS applications used across large-scale transaction environments. • You will work closely with Mobile Architects, Backend Engineers, Product Managers, and Hardware teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable POS features. • This role requires strong hands-on Android expertise, deep understanding of payment flows, and experience integrating with POS hardware and EMV standards. • You will own complex features end-to-end while contributing to system design discussions and ensuring engineering excellence across the codebase.

• Build, optimize, and maintain high-performance Android-based POS applications • Work closely with Mobile Architects, Backend Engineers, Product Managers, and Hardware teams • Own complex features end-to-end while contributing to system design discussions • Design, implement, and maintain Android-based POS terminal applications (Java/Kotlin) • Own end-to-end development of key transaction flows (sales, refunds, reversals, settlement) • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure reliable transaction synchronization • Implement offline-first capabilities and manage edge-case handling in low-connectivity environments • Integrate EMV chip, contactless (NFC), and card-present transaction flows • Work with encryption standards, key management processes, and secure payment SDKs • Ensure compliance with payment security best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve transaction-related issues in production • Integrate and maintain support for POS peripherals (card readers, pin pads, printers, scanners) • Work with OEM SDKs for Android-based POS terminals • Handle Bluetooth, USB, and embedded hardware communication layers • Write clean, maintainable, testable code following established architecture patterns • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback • Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines and release processes • Support debugging, monitoring, and performance optimization efforts • Mentor mid-level engineers and support onboarding of new team members • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions

• Propose, review and take ownership of technical designs at the EPIC level for Office Protect software • Contribute to the standards and code review process of its development team • Mentor developers 1 and developers 2 of its development team • Ensures responsibility and delivery of RCA (root cause analysis) on request • Applies knowledge of SDLC best practices and design patterns • Contribute to the technological plan by executing the Product Owner’s vision for the products of his development team • Identifies the elements of technical debt within its development team and contributes to their prioritization • Maybe involved in the recruitment process and second stage technical interviews as standby interviewer • Identifies opportunities, the latest innovative technologies and best practices as part of the technology watch of its development team.
