• Assist with monthly and quarterly bookkeeping and reporting • Create and provide custom/ad-hoc reporting, including budget-to-actual reports • Manage outreach to suppliers/vendors to facilitate on-time payment • Properly book and manage expenses and income for accurate reporting • Reconcile accounts, including bank and credit card statements, to ensure accuracy • Assist in preparing financial statements and maintaining general ledger accounts • Track and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable / payable • Support payroll processing and related compliance documentation • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies • Assist with other projects as needed
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in an AR/AP or junior accounting role
- Hands on experience with Hotel Investor Apps (preferred) or similar ERP tools
- Proficient knowledge of IFRS or GAAP accounting principles
- Exceptional (C-level) verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate-advanced skills in Excel /Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work EST

Role Description Join BCD Group as a Senior Accountant, where you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial records across assigned entities. The role is responsible for supporting Record-to-Report activities, maintaining general ledger accuracy, and contributing to timely and reliable financial reporting. Working within an international finance environment, you will collaborate closely with regional Finance teams and operational stakeholders to support efficient month-end close processes and strong financial governance. You will contribute to maintaining robust internal controls while supporting standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations.
