• Provide technical expertise and guidance to federal clients on Red Hat solutions, including OpenShift, Ansible, Satellite, and RHEL. • Design, implement, and optimize containerized and virtualized environments using OpenShift and OpenStack. • Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible and related tools to improve system performance and reliability. • Collaborate with client teams to identify business needs and develop innovative Red Hat-based solutions. • Lead the configuration and management of Red Hat systems, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices. • Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to accelerate deployment and delivery. • Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams to support ongoing operational success. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Red Hat products and solutions. • Engage with Red Hat and Trilogy Innovations teams to stay updated on new product features and industry trends.

• Develop and deploy systems targeted at the Supply Chain area, specifying programs, sizing requirements, and defining their architecture; • Map business processes and rules with the client, translate them into technical documentation, and perform system parameterization/configuration according to the mapped business rules; • Act as the technical lead within the project team, ensuring the quality of the code for developed systems; • Provide consulting to clients in accordance with the methodology used for implementing the company's marketed systems.

• Creation and delivery of training sessions and workshops for our CAD users • Further development of CAD software • Consulting and supporting our CAD users and project teams in the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in their projects • Development of BIM strategies, standards and workflows • Monitoring and overseeing BIM implementation, including quality assurance of models, standards and data management • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of BIM trends, technologies and best practices
