Job Description

Consultant – Full Time

College Aid Services, LLC

• Fill a variety of roles (e.g. financial aid director, assistant director, counselor, etc.) for a diverse group of institutions. • Manage Title IV aid, staffing, and operations on an interim basis. • Focus on improving business processes and efficiencies that support compliance, enrollment goals, and objectives. • Dedicated to improving customer service and student success.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience in Financial Aid roles.
  • At least 5 years of FA director-level and leadership experience for Director level roles.
  • Experience using Ellucian Banner.
  • College degree preferred although candidates with progressive experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in federal regulations and compliance; experience with federal reporting requirements (e.g. FISAP, IPEDS, HEERF, etc.)
  • Highly detail oriented with strong ability to understand client needs and lead teams toward a common goal.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate, develop and train staff.
