• Participate directly in client engagements, providing expert insights and ensuring projects run seamlessly from start to finish • Lead and facilitate client workshops and project meetings while providing a unique point of view • Participate in proposal development and delivery to client organizations • Lead well developed workstreams and small projects with confidence, deliver structure where there is ambiguity, resolve stakeholder resistance and risks, ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of work, and implement high value outcomes • Collaborate with an internal network of skilled consultants to solve client problems and deliver high impact projects • Work closely with diverse teams to deliver results and foster an environment to recognize and reward individual and team achievements • Present findings both internally at Wavestone and externally to clients that include data acquisition and insights • Build rapport and nurture relationships with clients to identify collaborative efforts and propose new business opportunities

• Gather business requirements • Translate needs into technical specs and design solutions • Configure and develop using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) • Go-live activities back support • Ensure quality and compliance with coding standards • Work closely with internal and / or client teams

• Provide strong support for at least 2-3 core Workday modules. • Configure Workday Security and reporting. • Support annual events and document processes. • Optimize Business Processes. • Collaborate with business teams and cross-functional teams.

• Advise internal teams on industry dynamics and best practices • Support content development for VR simulations and eLearning videos • Advise on malfunctions for simulations • Develop and assist in the creation of procedure guides • Write and record voiceover scripts and screencasts for videos • Generate valid and reliable test questions/knowledge checks • Develop fault scenarios • Review courses for accuracy
