• Collaborate with the Vice President of Campus Partnerships to plan and coordinate client engagements. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with consulting teams and clients. • Coordinate project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones. • Utilize project management tools to track progress, monitor tasks, and identify risks or delays. • Reinforce clear expectations, deadlines, and accountability across project teams. • Monitor consultant performance to ensure alignment with project expectations, timelines, and quality standards. • Track assignments, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure accountability. • Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consulting staff related to project expectations, tools, and processes. • Identify performance concerns and escalate issues to the Vice President of Campus Partnerships as appropriate. • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and a high level of service. • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding institutional goals and aligning project outcomes. • Facilitate regular status meetings, updates, and communications between clients and consulting teams. • Respond to client inquiries and proactively address concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution. • Coordinate with consulting teams to align assignments, deadlines, and deliverables. • Facilitate internal team meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, and documentation of action items. • Promote collaboration by organizing project information and maintaining clear internal communication. • Partner with the Vice President of Campus Partnerships and Client Engagement team to support a positive client experience. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, trackers, and key artifacts. • Review deliverables for completeness, quality, and alignment with project scope and client expectations. • Monitor project performance and identify process gaps or inefficiencies, recommending improvements. • Stay informed of relevant industry practices and regulatory considerations to support project success.

• As a College Aid Services Consultant you will fill a variety of roles (e.g. financial aid director, assistant director, counselor, etc.) for a diverse group of institutions to manage Title IV aid, staffing, and operations on an interim basis. • College Aid Services Consultants are committed to improving business processes and efficiencies that support compliance, enrollment goals and objectives. • They are focused on customer service and improving student success. • Assignments can be long or short-term and may include travel. • Hours may vary due to the client's location and requested support level.

• Advise colleges and universities on the effective implementation, configuration, and optimization of financial aid management systems. • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, streamline operations, and enhance the student financial aid experience through technology-driven solutions. • Lead or assist with implementing and/or configuring financial aid management systems (e.g., Ellucian Banner, Oracle PeopleSoft, etc.). • Configure system parameters to align with institutional policies and Title IV regulations. • Manage data conversions, integrations, and testing between the financial aid system and related platforms. • Conduct needs assessments to identify process gaps and opportunities for automation. • Advise on best practices for packaging, disbursement, verification, and reconciliation workflows. • Develop documentation, process maps, and configuration guides to support consistency and efficiency. • Train institutional staff on system use, reporting, and regulatory compliance. • Create user guides, training materials, and reference documentation. • Provide ongoing functional and technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization. • Ensure institutional financial aid operations meet Department of Education and state agency regulations. • Interpret new regulatory requirements and advise clients on necessary system adjustments. • Assist institutions with audit preparation, reconciliations, and compliance reviews. • Develop custom reports and dashboards for financial aid tracking, compliance, and performance analysis.
