• We are looking for a BIM Consultant to join our team as soon as possible • The BIM team is responsible for supporting (administration, software development, maintenance of CAD/BIM standards, training, workshops and support) our approx. 190 CAD users / BIM designers across Germany in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and sprinkler systems • We place great emphasis on supporting our CAD users in their daily project work • We create documentation and deliver training and workshops on our CAD environment tailored to project requirements • Development of BIM strategies, standards and workflows • Monitoring and control of BIM implementation, including quality assurance of models, standards and data management • Keeping up to date with BIM trends, technologies and best practices

• Creation and delivery of training sessions and workshops for our CAD users • Further development of CAD software • Consulting and supporting our CAD users and project teams in the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in their projects • Development of BIM strategies, standards and workflows • Monitoring and overseeing BIM implementation, including quality assurance of models, standards and data management • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of BIM trends, technologies and best practices

• Unterstützung unseres Teams im Bereich BIM • Betreuung und Administration von CAD-/BIM-Standards für ca. 190 CAD-Anwender / BIM Konstrukteure deutschlandweit • Erstellung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für unsere CAD-Anwender • Weiterentwicklung der CAD-Software im Bereich Elektrotechnik • Beratung und Unterstützung der CAD-Anwender / Projektteams bei Implementierung von Building Information Modeling (BIM) • Entwicklung von BIM-Strategien, -Standards und -Workflows • Überwachung der BIM-Implementierung und Qualitätssicherung • Aufrechterhaltung eines aktuellen Wissensstandes über BIM-Trends, -Technologien und -Best Practices
