Role Description This is a remote position. Seeking Senior IT Project Manager to support systems serving OPM users, migration to cloud-based and agile operations. - Serves as lead project manager for a large, complex BPA Call (or a group of BPA Calls affecting the same common/standard/migration system). - Assists the Program Manager in working with the ordering activity Contracting Officer (CO), the BPA-level Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the BPA Call-level COR(s), ordering activity management personnel, and customer agency representatives. - Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific BPA Call(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the BPA Call are implemented in a timely manner. - Performs enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems. Qualifications - BA/BS degree in an associated discipline and a minimum of 10 years of directly related experience. - MA/MS or MBA degree with a minimum of 8 years of directly related experience, or PhD with a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience. - Certified Project Management Professional. • Lead quoting and project management activities for new Wabtec partnership Marine programs within the CSSNA DBU. • Close cross‑functional collaboration to develop accurate cost proposals and coordinate delivery schedules. • Plan, schedule, and lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project quotations, scope, and milestone status. • Responsibilities span the full program lifecycle, including prototype development, installation, commissioning, transition to production release, and ongoing management of subsequent deliveries.

• Own end-to-end delivery for NetSuite initiatives, from discovery and requirements through testing, launch, and post-implementation support • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, success criteria, and “victory conditions” before development • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and vendors, translating needs into clear technical requirements • Configure and manage NetSuite functionality, including workflows, saved searches, reports, imports, and admin tasks • Support core financial and operational workflows such as sales orders, purchase orders, fulfillment, and invoicing • Manage tickets, documentation, and delivery tracking using tools like Jira and Microsoft Teams • Handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, shifting context quickly while maintaining clarity and progress • Lead stakeholder discussions during complex or frustrating situations, driving calm, productive resolution • Gradually assume leadership responsibilities, including managing vendors and building a supporting team • Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) daily to draft requirements, summarize discussions, analyze data, interpret proposals, and accelerate troubleshooting.

• Project-manage the delivery of various lead-generation-focused creative and web tasks and internal projects. • Analyze and scope creative and web work requests. • Prepare creative and web work requests for proper intake by their design and development peers. • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to spec and within scope (on time, within budget, high quality, etc.). • Problem-solve for creative and technical issues with peers and stakeholders. • Perform detailed quality assurance on creative and web work at all project stages. • Create ad and web marketing copy using AI tools and other software. • Create and update internal workflow tools, such as Typeform or Google Sheets. • Use of analytics tools to understand and improve their products. • Collaborate and communicate frequently and concisely with peers to balance workloads and achieve optimal production efficiency. • Contribute to department goals and improvement by remaining critical of workflows and tools and collaborating in team meetings.
