Role Description This is a remote position. Seeking Senior IT Project Manager to support systems serving OPM users, migration to cloud-based and agile operations. - Serves as lead project manager for a large, complex BPA Call (or a group of BPA Calls affecting the same common/standard/migration system). - Assists the Program Manager in working with the ordering activity Contracting Officer (CO), the BPA-level Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the BPA Call-level COR(s), ordering activity management personnel, and customer agency representatives. - Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific BPA Call(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the BPA Call are implemented in a timely manner. - Performs enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems. Qualifications - BA/BS degree in an associated discipline and a minimum of 10 years of directly related experience. - MA/MS or MBA degree with a minimum of 8 years of directly related experience, or PhD with a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience. - Certified Project Management Professional.
