An Engine Systems Program Manager leads a diverse, cross-functional (and sometimes multi-national) team that designs, develops, verifies and manufactures the latest generation of digital engine controls utilized on a variety of commercial and military aircraft. The Engine Systems Program Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of a program including interfacing with the customer and other collaborators, coordination with internal oversight organizations and leadership of the project from financial, schedule, and technical development perspectives. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. The ideal candidate will bring effective organizational leadership skills, project management experience, proven performance to deliver on customer commitments, and the ability to shape and capture future development efforts. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
