Role Description We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to provide leadership and oversight for a medical review services contract supporting the U.S. Army Recruiting Division (USARD). This is a fully remote position responsible for managing personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact with the Government. Position availability is based on successful contract award. - Provide overall program management, staffing, and operational oversight for contract performance - Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) - Ensure timely and effective communication with the Government on all program matters - Oversee personnel across multiple geographically dispersed locations - Manage staffing levels, including coordinating coverage for scheduled and unscheduled absences - Notify the COR as soon as possible, but no later than the first hour of any personnel absence, and communicate the plan for coverage - Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements and performance standards - Maintain responsiveness to Government needs, inquiries, and priorities Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution (required) - Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing work of similar scope and complexity - Experience should include demonstrated knowledge of Army Recruiting Battalion and Company Operations - At least two (2) years of experience as a contract manager - Strong understanding of military structure and operations - Proven ability to manage teams across multiple locations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to respond effectively and professionally to Government stakeholders Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience supporting federal or Department of Defense (DoD) contracts - Familiarity with medical or behavioral health services programs Schedule - Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) Work Environment - This is a remote position. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work standard EST business hours.
