FBS Compensation Analyst

• Support the administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and equity programs. • Conduct data analysis to support compensation for benchmarking and market research. • Assist in the preparation of compensation proposals and recommendations. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within compensation-related processes. • Assist in the development and monitoring of HR budgets related to compensation. • Track and analyze compensation-related expenses, identifying variances, and providing insights. • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation costs and trends. • Contribute to the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives within HR. • Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and Finance teams on compensation-related matters. • Collaborate with EOR providers and global HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with headquarters' strategy across countries. • Provide data and insights to support HR projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements

Role Description The Broker Transaction Analyst/Managing Broker (BTA/MB) is a dynamic, hybrid role focused on delivering hands-on, customer-centric service through meticulous review and management of contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements associated with eXp client and customer transactions. Leveraging advanced technology, including AI-enhanced workflows within eXp’s transaction management system, the BTA/MB ensures thorough compliance and accuracy in all documentation. This role requires specialized education and advanced licensing to effectively support the Designated Managing Broker in overseeing eXp Realty brokerage operations within their state. A managing broker level license is required for this role. The BTA/MB is integral in cultivating a collaborative team environment, proactively assisting agents to deliver exceptional brokerage services while ensuring adherence to state license laws, REALTOR association requirements, and MLS standards. - Detailed transaction review - Compliance training - Active participation in the eXp Risk Management initiatives and programs This role requires a proven track record of promoting risk management best practices, a deep understanding of real estate transaction workflows, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
