Analyst II – Demand Planning

Grupo Boticário

• Support S&OP processes, ensuring governance of processes and analyses that contribute to results • Estimate Sell‑In and Sell‑Out volumes at Category, SKU, Channel and Cycle levels through quantitative analyses, considering historical data, qualitative inputs and the brand's strategic and tactical actions • Consolidate data and turn it into actionable information to produce analyses with a critical mindset • Monitor area KPIs that impact the business and propose process improvements through quantitative analysis • Conduct post‑mortem analyses for the brands under your responsibility at the end of each cycle • Ensure you and your peers work from the same assumptions, promoting process unification and strategic alignment • Significant interface with Supply team, Marketing Category, RGM (Revenue Growth Management) and Channels

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Proven experience in Demand Planning required
  • Storytelling (data storytelling)
  • Results-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and cross-functional profile (interface with multiple areas and projects)
  • Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, Google Workspace tools and database structuring is a plus
